Employment: Part-Time (25 hrs. per week)/Remote

Reports to: Executive Director

Salary: $20,000

Description: The American Alliance for Theatre and Education (AATE) seeks a Member Services  Associate  This is a part-time (25 hrs/week), work-remote position.  The broad duties include supporting membership with recruitment, renewals and services.   Additionally, the Member Services Associate will support programming through logistics and tech. Hours may vary month to month, and are dictated by the programming schedule. This position will require travel when convening in person is safe.  This position has the potential to grow into full-time work pending growth of membership.  The Member Services Associate reports to the Executive Director and works with the Director of Membership on the AATE Volunteer Board.


Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Manage Membership database.

·       Support Membership with technical assistance and usage of benefits.

·       Collaborate with the Director of Membership on the AATE Board and Executive Director on various Membership initiatives for the renewal and recruitment of membership.


Programming Support:

·       Support AATE’s programming with admin., promotions, tech, and logistics. 

·       Support the advancement of AATE’s Race Equity initiatives through the programming.

·       Other duties as assigned.
