Raleigh Little Theatre
Raleigh Little Theatre (RLT) is one of the longest continually operating community theatres in the country. We seek a Development Manager to join our small team of paid, full-time staff to support our evolving mission of producing theater and education programs for a diverse and growing community.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager is responsible for all activities related to contributed revenue. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and implement a strategy for the annual campaign, including solicitation and stewardship
- Cultivate and steward institutional relationships and execute fulfillment and details of all grants and sponsorships
- Ensure proper maintenance of the donor database and generation of acknowledgement letters
- Create the overall strategy for annual fundraising event (Divas) working with the board as well as hiring and supervising the contract-based event coordinator
The position does not have any direct reports at present.
